1. Enter your mobile number to get OTP (there is no provision to generate unique used ID and Password for any owner. Mobile number & OTP authentication is only one time each and every time you log on you need to enter mobile number and get OTP. Also once you log by using OTP, one can view and pay property tax to any other flat also if they have the PID number details. PID details are in your E-khata document.
2. Enter OTP
3. Click on to Property Tax
4. Enter the 18 digit PID number in the next screen and you will get the details of
a. owners name
b. Property number
c. Current due &
d. Arrears
Click on to pay property tax and pay which ever the mode you wish to make the payment.
Note:
- In case if the E-Khata name transfer not done the customer name would be TATA Value home and it is left to the owner’s decision to make the payment
- Do not use 150200202800403024 PID as it is parent document PID of the property
